Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Agreements Heart Studios LLC provides luxury picnic and paint experiences subject to availability. By booking a service, clients agree to provide accurate information and follow all guidelines shared prior to and during the event. All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible, and Heart Studios LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for rescheduling based on availability. We do not provide refunds at this time. Clients are responsible for arriving on time, and late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without refund. Heart Studios LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, location restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control, and reserves the right to reschedule events when necessary. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment, materials, or setup items caused by negligence or misuse and may be charged accordingly. Participation in the experience is at the client’s own risk, and Heart Studios LLC is not liable for injuries, lost or stolen items, or incidental damages that may occur during the event. By booking, clients acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the experience and consent to their potential use for marketing purposes; however, Heart Studios LLC will also verbally confirm permission before using any images. Heart Studios LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Privacy Policy Heart Studios LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
